We were thrilled to have this open conversation about mental health with Anthony Lario, a man who has experienced the impact that performing arts can have from both on stage AND behind the scenes. Anthony opens up about his experiences working behind the scenes of The Real Housewives of New York, what it’s like to be recognized outside of your comfort zone, and the pressure of performance. In this conversation we also discuss defining our own worth, healthy relationships with our co-workers, and the art of forgiveness.
